Teleporting to The Library -- When you arrive at the room on the map (mind the monsters) you will notice an alcove with a dolphin statue in front of you. There are two floor drains in front of this statue, to either side. Click on the left (north) drain and you will teleport to a bedroom adjacent to the Library. There is usually a level 24 ^^^ defiled squall in this room. He typically faces away from the entrance, but you still have to get past him to open the door to the Library.

Watcher of the Horde is a lvl 24 heroic that tends to have to Horde Knights with it. It is the floating skeleton undead thing with tenticles that you see in the load screen artwork. (by Akula)

You loot a spear ( javelin ) off of a cavilier and examine it . the quest name is "rumble". It has your first clue to find something in the keep that has fish associated with it. the javelins spear tip is broken/dull and needs to be fixed or replaced. srry, all the info I have on it, just got the quest last night. feb. 19th , 23rd berserker. Your quest journal is then updated to read "I need to search these chests until I find something to lock the belt with." The chest you need to examine is in the barracks at -98 -143. When you come into SH, take the second door on your right. When the path ends, take a left. Follow that past the collapsed tunnel until it ends and take another left. The reward is the Virtue Belt.
