Ghost Mastery quest. Get book from a wardorb inside the room directly noth of what is marked as room 3. You're map currently has no number for this room. Only one person can get the book at a time. Approx 5 min respawn of both book and mobs. The room contains two ghosts inside, approx lvl 29. Sometimes linked as group, sometimes as singles. Pretty simple, gives 1 gold and some silver, 1% xp at lvl 30.
